Returns and Shipping Policy

At Zebra we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.

Our shopping online guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased, just return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will issue a credit/refund for the price of the item(s). This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We will not refund items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the post.


Products sold online may differ slightly to the colour of actual product due to lighting conditions when the photograph was taken. We don't see this as a fault and can't accept this as a reason for return.

Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery. The delivery price is quoted at order confirmation screen.

We Do Not Ship Outside the UK.

Collect From Store:
We offer a Collect from store service. Anyone wishing to use this, select click and collect on the delivery options and pay as normal. Your order will be held in-store ready for you to collect.
